Always a Bravo Circle Does End For The Greater - BARISAN SAMUDERA - BSSB

Achievement is created at all beginnings where it will bring an easy start, during and the ending of every objective of an event. Proper arrangements are the integrity of every important event moreover a project which involved the oil and gas company, there may be a lot of jobs but here, we want you guys to dive into our project in which Barisan Samudera Sdn Bhd (BSSB) was involved to make it successful and so does to the rest of other crews, as mentioned by Field Superintendent,
usually, the integrity in the monopoly will end successfully - Mohd. Razi

As per all projects do so, BSSB have an inappropriate schedule of dates to be mobilized but they keep on doing their best to find those who are competent for all the tasks assigned to be done as per our client's requirements.
Some are easy to explain but there's maybe a complaint. - Max Asper.
On 27/07/2023 BSSB finally managed to get everyone on our line of project. After we were done with all the site arrangements where it took 5 days or about a week for everyone to be fully ready. Because the Safety Rules of the PPTEP(BORF) groups are one of ZERO ACCIDENT achievement in all job tasks, which means all the worker must declare their valid competency certification before proceeding to work.
Why things work safely is how you safely put it to work. - Shariezza (BSSB Site Manager)

BSSB together with other companies such as DESB, HHA ASSOCIATES, VELOSI, TEGAS KOMBINASI, RIA SOLUTION, AIR MARINE, INTAJ HOLDING, TRANSWATER API, TRIENEKENS, SINARAN LINOR, DURAGATE, TPS, MAX GRIP, PPTEP, and some other group of companies are all required to be on BORF every day during the facility is in its Shut Down mode. The job must be completed within 16 days, with a total of 344 crews from BSSB on the BINTULU ONSHORE RECEIVING FACILITY (BORF) site. On the first day of the shutdown project events, everyone was assigned to their group, where the group leads by those who have experienced and are experts in the shutdown activity, most of it is the VESSEL ENTRY for the internal vessel cleaning and also for modification, rectification, and inspection.
We may not be the best, but we'll take the test. - Inting (Field Supervisor)

Here, during this great spot of shutdown job mode, lots of new things shall get to be learned by the new workers including details on working hours to be the advantages in their new career and another opportunity to gain potential in career upgrading during this shutdown seasonal activity availability. Advantages that can set their business apart. It all depends on personnel determination of which activities and obligations are in the relative field of their jobs, the qualifications and experiences necessary for them to perform on the job, and the circumstances under which type of work is executed. The important point is to familiarize and analyze the job for the worker to be assessed during doing the job.
True knowledge divides no age, it is cultivated from knowing nothing until it becomes understanding. - Edwin

Every team is required to stick with their group unless there is an instant request which requires more manpower for a critical execution or another additional activity. No one is allowed to move around the facility without a partner(Buddy System), and everyone needs to stay alert every time where they have to keep on updating recent and their next activities. Toolbox talk must be conducted before any activity begin to ensure everyone will comply with all the safety regulations bases on their Job Hazard Analysis(JHA).
